Movie: Night at the Musuem
My rating: 3.5 out of 5

I know its kinda late. But better now than never alright! I went to watch this movie with Kelvin on Christmas eve. Had a fun day! Haha!

Okay this movie's funny, and it even has this reality in it. So i think it's not bad. However there were some parts which was ridiculous. I mean i thought that caveman guy vanished into dust, but in the end he came back. (Those who have watched the show would know what i'm actually talking about) And i think Ben Stiller's acting skills are great! I would watch more movies with him in it *laughs*

Its a pretty short review. Heh, well pardon me for that.

Oh yeah. Today the band went to First Toa Payoh Sec to do our SYF filming thingy to be submitted. And we were late! Very very late! Luckily we did okay. As in we managed to film a decent marching of us, according to the teachers.

I don't really know what to say about band nowadays. Is it supposed to be a bad or good thing?

And just two hours ago Anyu and Xin Ying went home after the completion of the 1000 piece super complicated jigsaw puzzle which was bought on wednesday evening meant for Mr Tan (who's leaving the band for good, and he'd better appreciate it)

After the Lau Pat Sat performance i called a few people over to finish it and so Anyu, Gang Yuan, Hayati, Helmi, Jieson, Xin Ying and i started to do the middle part of it. We started at about 11:45. Along the way all of them went home and left the three of us, Anyu, Xin Ying and i.

We managed to complete it at 3am in the morning! Like, finally.

But not bad eh? With the help of my family too, a 1000 piece jigsaw was completed in less than 24 hours.

I hope it doesnt rain!! I want to go cycling later!

Stupid rain, flu

{Still sick}



For the past few days its been raining, then my flu become so bad until i am having a high fever now. Stupid rain, makes me so coldd, and its as cold as being inside an air-conditioned room. Free aircon =.= I went to the doctor yesterday after i vomitted twice on sunday night, i think its the vegetables that i ate during dinner that made me sick! So digusting!! I hate it. Then the doctor gave me so much medicine. So yuckky! But i'm feeling better already, only having a slight fever now.

Actually was supposed to go for Hougang band's BBQ yesterday. Because of the fever, i cant! *SIGHHHH* sad lah.

I do hope i get well before the performance in Lau Pat Sat on thursday.

And on friday will be the band BBQ in East Coast Park! It better not rain.

Yeah. Its bad. I keep on sneezing all day long. Well add in all night long too. The tissues in the tissue box shall be my best friends until i get better =.=

Anyway i hope i'll get better soon.

I think the reason behind this stupid flu was that i was too lazy to bring a jacket while watching Eragon in the cinemas. And because i didn't drink enough water, i am having a slight sore throat too.

I've started doing my homework yesterday night too. I started doing my history homework. Source-based questions. I've lost my touch!! I mean i completly forgotten all the formats and all that! OMFGG! I took 2 hours to finish 2 questions. One was on inference and another on reliability. And i was totally stuck at that reliability question, took me 2 drafts before i got that right.

Some of you must be thinking.. Why should i do it so seriously? Well its cos' it will be counted in as CA 1's maks. Mrs Chong's words are for real. Unlike some teachers. And it would help in my revision to be much faster, so its kinda beneficial lahh

This only means one thing: I've been lazing around and playing too much. Time to be hardworking, and start studying for next year already. I'm doomed if i don't know this year's subjects well enough. D-O-O-M-E-D!

Guess What! While i was working on my source based questions my maid brought in the letters and i received a letter from MRS CHUA! It really surprised me. She wrote this small note saying happy belated birthday to me. So touched lah. Even though she has her exams and all that she still took the trouble to do this. I must say Mrs Chua is like the most nicest teacher i've ever had, she's caring, and most of all tries to understand how we students feel. Too bad she isn't our form teacher anymore *sob* (Long storyy..)

Oh yeah when i was making my I.C. there were so many complications. Like WHAT THE HELL. Because of my chinese name! ARGHH. It was so maddening. And troublesome.

Now i'm like so busy. Haha. With the Lau Pat Sat performance coming up on the 21 of December and the Band BBQ on the 22nd (The day after the performance) And so many things haven't been settled yet. Oh noo. I hope all goes well. Somehow.

Movie: Eragon
My rating: 4.5 out of 5

Went to Vivocity yet again with Jasmine, Jocelyn, Jia Hui, Hong Wei and Jay to watch Eragon yesterday.

I liked it very very much, its visually stunning and all that. Its comparable to Harry Potter. And the dragon was very beautiful. Hehehe. At first i thought Eragon was the name of the dragon (If you compare Eragon and Dragon you'll see that only the first two letters are different) But in the end its not. Its the name of the lead actor (Not bad looking too :P) The plot's really interesting and not very guess-able for me. Something really different, something you would want to watch.

HOWEVER the part which was very very wierd is that when the small dragon flew up into the sky and when it came down it became gigantic, like your normal size of a dragon. Perhaps its magic eh? But the movie left me hanging in the air!! I guess i'll have to watch the next part. I hope it comes out soon.

Oh oh oh i also tidied up my table yesterday. It looks much much neater now. Didn't took me very long this time. After all those cleaning up i went to watch Prison Break! Love this series too! Actually i wanted to start doing my homework last night but when i saw that my table is in this huge disaster, i decided it would be better to clean it then i would start on my homework today.

ONE PROBLEM: I DON'T KNOW ALL OF THE HOMEWORK THAT HAS TO BE DONE, OR WHAT TO STUDY FOR. I'M GOING TO BE SO DEAD. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?

Annddd when my cousin came back guess what she bought for me? A nice billabong black wallet. Very nice :D

Plus i'm going to have to make my I.C today. Mum and Edeline's going to KL for mum's business stuff tonight. Edeline's just tagging along. The due date's on next monday, i think they are only coming back then so yeah. I'm going to have to do it today =(

To Sentosa yesterday!!

With some 3-9 people. Yeah, it was really really fun. Too bad not many people went. There was Jasmine, Jocelyn, Adabelle, Karin, me (The girls) and Jay, Hong Wei, Edwin, Jian Rong and Teng Wei (The guys)

I loved the trip lah. We met at 10am in the morning then we were off to Sentosa ;]

And we started off the trip with trying out the Luge Ride (Which was very fun, i wish i could ride it over and over again!) after that we went back up with the Skyride. And the guys were tilting to one side cos' someone's very heavy! Haha.

Then we went to look for some food at the food court. It has flies all around the stall which we ordered our food from *EWWWWW* Jasmine, Jocelyn and I shared a bowl of noodles.

After that we made our way to the Underwater World. Not bad lah. There was this discount that made the tickets cheaper and we could still go in to Dolphin Lagoon for free so its a good bargain. I liked touching the stingray. And there were so many big fishes. Cute ones too! Wahahaa.

Then we actually wanted to go to this Ancient Civilisation Museum but couldn't find our way. In the end they wanted to cycle but Karin and I didn't know how to, so we learned.

HOWEVER, i managed to pick it up quickly hehehe. Now it seems so easy and fun to ride a bicycle! I was soo afraid of falling off. I still don't know how to turn left and right though, shall learn some other time.

NOW I DECLARE I KNOW HOW TO RIDE A BICYCLE! WHEEE! :D

But Karin picked it up slowly and in the end she also knew how to ride it! Haha, i think she must have been really happy cos' at one point she almost wanted to give up. It's her first time, not mine. I tried it out before at the chalet last year, but it was a failed attempt so yeah. Finally know how.

After an hour's of cycling we went to the Dolphin Lagoon, the dolphins were soo cute and their bellies were in a nice shade of pink (Uh oh, i think i'm beginning to like pink x_x)

Then we went to the beach to watch the sunset. Jasmine and I wanted to look for the soft sand and we did. It felt like flour, very nice too. After the sunset we were hungry and decided to buy cup noodles from 7-11 instead of going to the musical fountain as it was going to rain. And we ate cup noodles by the beach at night. First time doing this kind of thing. Very interesting. Haha.

Not long before it started to drizzle and we moved into the tentage behind and continued eation until we all decided to go home, it looked like it was very late but in fact it was only 8 o' clock.

Nevermind that, after reaching Harbourfront, Jasmine, Jocelyn and I went to walk around Vivo City. Then bought these crackers fron Daiso which was very sweet. Was forced to eat by Jocelyn >.< Haha, actually don't want but i ate it in the end. LOL.

Then we went home. Our legs were aching! :(

So i conclude it was an interesting trip, instead of going to the beach and spending a whole day day and in the end everyone would get wet. More fun if we went to attractions. So it was successful!

I want more of these kind of outings! Nobody was left out. So happy! :DD

At Din Tai Fung last night. Yeah, love the dumplings there. And i went to the airport's Fish & Co. I love Fish & Co. even more than any other food. Its one of the best in town! (In my opinion that is)

So later i have to go for a relative's wedding dinner. Well actually now i have to go and have a nice shower before going.

Don't have much time to upload the pictures i promised so i'll have to do that some other time.

Like finally its my turn to grow another 365 days older. Being older doesn't means its a bad thing yeahh? i mean i will get to grow taller. I want to be at least 165cm in height!

So today i went to band. Seriously, i thought my section was really wierd. Turns out they really had something up their sleeves, was so surprised by their gift. I shall upload the picture of what they gave, its so cute, and the way they made me find a particular thing. But unfortunately i found it in less than two minutes! Haha.

Movie: Open Season
My rating: 3.5 out of 5

I thought that the movie would be okayy, its like so cartoon and classic. What i mean by classic? I mean i am able to tell what happens next in the story. From the very beginning i tell you. The animation's great and along the way there was a few hilarious jokes. So in the end i didn't fall asleep. And just when i expected something more, the movie ended too quickly.

So this movie's about a bear (Boog) that was rescued by this ranger called Beth when she was young. And then Boog grows up as she did, and along the way something happened (I don't want to spoil the movie for you x3) So she decided to let him go. But then he was having quite a hard time adjusting to life in the wilderness when all this while he was living with Beth.

And somehow he gets along with the other animals and want to stop the people from hunting them down. They have this thing called the "Open Season" aka hunting season when hunters can hunt as much as they want in a few days. So they tried to create a mess, driving the hunters back.

Now for the classic part. Beth realises that she couldn't let Boog go as she was afraid he would get hurt. So she goes into the woods to look for him to bring him back to her house. Then Boog would have to make a decision whether to stay in the woods with his newfound animal friends or go back with Beth.

Very very classic. I think i have watched too much of television dramas. So much that when i watch those channel 8 dramas at 9pm (those love stories), i can guess who goes with who in the end. Lucky guess you might say, but i think not.

The sneak-preview tickets were actually given to us by my uncle, and we watched it at The grand cathay. I loved the cinema, the seats were comfortable and the place was grand. With the red all over the place.


I like the skyline. New inspiration for another layout :)

Just when i thought i can cool down by eating 4 bars of chocolates. I ate two bars of Kinder Bueno, and a bar of Cadbury's crunchie and Toblerone.

Oh yah my dad's taking us out to watch this movie called "Open Season". I wonder whether its nice, haven't heard of it before. So i shall go take a nice hot bath now. heh.

Reflections

I know now. I've been making so many wrong decisions, one after another. I'm like trapped in this vicious cycle. I don't know who i should turn to, or even know whether i should turn to someone for help. The feeling i have right now is that when i want to turn to someone for help its hard, because i'm not used to doing that.

I am this person that'll keep everything to myself. Like i said on the previous post, i will do some back stabbing if i misunderstand any situation. I mean it. This might look like an attitude problem or whatever. However you see my situation as, i don't care.

Please try to understand that i'm also going through many situations back home. You guys may think you know what it is about but its not. The reason being i have not mentioned it at all. I don't plan to mention it at all.

Sorry to those online that wanted to talk to me. I need some time alone. Now that i've thought about it. Honestly, i don't know what's wrong with me. Listening to that song above made me cry. BUT I STILL DON'T GET IT.

I don't like people worrying about me. I will solve my own problems by myself.

Okayy i was back from camp yesterday. Had an EXCOs meeting after that. I am currently having a fever right now. I was bored, so i got on the computer. Shall go to the doctor later, if my temperature rises.

My comment on the camp: speechless.

Its not that i'm in a bad mood or something. The fever is adding on to everything. I really feel like washing my hands off everything. Literally everything!

I know i'm like talking in riddles, but its the only way i can convey my message and leave everyone reading this post with a huge question mark hanging in their heads. So yes, i won't regret it. If i do, i shall do it in person. So now i won't complain anymore. I'll just watch and follow the crowd, not having my own stand. I know this sucks. I'll let everyone have their own way, i might do some back stabbing if i misunderstand. Its my way of doing things, accept it. By the way, if you aren't happy about this post. Well then say back right into my face. Get it? I'm doing that too. Just saying all my comments to most people i'm not happy with, whether its good or not.

Now you see my true colours. This is the real me after all.

I knoww. The prefects' camp is like coming up in two days time and so many things are not done yet! Oh gosh, i think we'd probably do it all on friday. Which is the prep camp (aka preparatory) with the Group leaders. I'm so loaded with many things to do. Yet so little time.

There's still going to be band in the afternoon tomorrow. And i'm afraid i won't have enough time to do my stuff. Probably won't be blogging until camp is over.

Really tired now. *sigh*

After all that Suhaila and i went over to Anyu's house. Haha, and we played a few games and all that. Was actually supposed to meet again this morning but in the end it looks like all of us overslept, and now i'm waiting to meet Maxine at 10.45 and we shall go down to Anyu's house together (:

All that cleaning up was fun but a little disgusting. At first i was complaining that why should we be the ones to clean that mess up? But it turned out to be really fun. I feel so proud of the EXCOs, hehe. At least we did something and unknowingly Mrs Fong said that we would have CIP hours keyed in too! That's definitely a bonus. I want to do that again!

(I wonder if the next batches of EXCOs would start squeezing themselves into the cupboards.) *laughs* You'll never know.
